Fabricator-welder • Penobscot County, Maine

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Penobscot County, Maine. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. On a typical shift you will weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
