Heavy goods vehicle driver wanted in Alamance County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Alamance County, North Carolina. You will be based in a refrigerated transport fleet. Day-to-day duties: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
