Great opportunity: precision welder (England)

Now hiring: we are hiring a precision welder in Cambridgeshire, England. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp Requirements: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Six days a week, one day off.
