Motor grader operator • Nembe, Bayelsa State

Now hiring: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Nembe, Bayelsa State. Your main tasks: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Ideal candidate: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
