Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
