Canteen cook • Butte County, South Dakota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Butte County, South Dakota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
