We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Howard County, Arkansas. The job is in a catering unit. You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Performance bonus on top of base pay.
