Powder coating technician — Copiah County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Copiah County, Mississippi. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
