Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height The role involves carry out 6G pipe welds where required; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
