Urgent requirement: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Ralls County, Missouri. The job is at a busy refrigeration workshop. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns The role involves: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Service split AC units and VRF systems 4+ years on the tools preferred.
