Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass fitter in Jefferson County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions You should have: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
