Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Bingham County, Idaho. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
