We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Ilorin South, Kwara State. The job is at a banquet hall. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Rotating shifts.
