Sausage maker wanted in North Yorkshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in North Yorkshire, England. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
