Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble cutter in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a natural stone fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
