Sheet metal welder wanted in Saline County

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Saline County, Kansas. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. The role involves: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
