Great opportunity: powder coating line operator (West Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Barbour County, West Virginia. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
