Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Franklin County, Alabama. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level On a typical shift you will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
