Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Davison County, South Dakota. You will be based in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
