Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Finney County, Kansas. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
