Ladle pourer — Idaho County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Idaho County, Idaho. Day to day you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
