Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in Scott County, Minnesota. The job is at an automotive parts factory. What we are looking for: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Day to day you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
