Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile roofer in Otero County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel 3+ years on the tools preferred.
