Aluminium fitter wanted in Iroquois County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Iroquois County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware. You should have: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Meals and transport allowance provided.
