Join our team: quality control inspector (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality control inspector in McIntosh County, Georgia. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Full-time, day shift.
