Renovation plasterer • Shelby County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Shelby County, Ohio. The role involves: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Part-time with flexible hours.
