Kitchen steward — Lampasas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lampasas County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
