Meat trimmer — Saint Francois County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Saint Francois County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience.
