Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Eastland County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar We offer $10,750 per project plus benefits.
