Immediate opening: metal roofing fitter (Arkansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a metal roofing fitter in Calhoun County, Arkansas. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. On a typical shift you will seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance 5+ years on the tools preferred.
