Quality control inspector • Iredell County, North Carolina

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Iredell County, North Carolina. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. The role involves: • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
