Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
