Urgent requirement: turning centre operator (Scotland)

Join our team: we are hiring a turning centre operator in East Ayrshire, Scotland. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Day to day you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; load and index turning tools in the turret; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand.
