We are recruiting: we are hiring a site safety steward in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. You will be based at an oil and gas facility. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Day to day you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports.
