Vacancy available: elevator service technician (Mississippi)

Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces 6+ years on the tools preferred.
