Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Loudon County, Tennessee. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; load and index turning tools in the turret; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
