Automotive refinish painter wanted in Johnson County

Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Johnson County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
