Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Palo Pinto County, Texas. The job is in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
