Join our team: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $180 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
