VMC operator wanted in Latah County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Latah County, Idaho. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day-to-day duties: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
