Elevator technician • Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State

Join our team: we are hiring an elevator technician in Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State. You will work in a residential tower block. On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Full-time with occasional weekends.
