Bar waiter wanted in Caroline County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar waiter in Caroline County, Maryland. The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
