Urgent requirement: pastry baker (Montana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Big Horn County, Montana. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
