Floor screeder • Nembe, Bayelsa State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a floor screeder in Nembe, Bayelsa State. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works On a typical shift you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
