Kitchen steward wanted in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, Lagos State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
