Plant operator • Oceana County, Michigan

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Oceana County, Michigan. You will work on a pipeline and trenching crew. On a typical shift you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse. What we are looking for: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
