What we are looking for: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; refuel the machine and record running hours; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
