Machinist wanted in Henderson County

Join our team: we are hiring a machinist in Henderson County, Texas. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance. Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
