Industrial sewing operator wanted in Wabasha County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Wabasha County, Minnesota. You will work on an export house sewing floor. You will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
