On the job you will handle: • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Performance bonus on top of base pay.
